This session will focus on vital skills for school based leadership team members. There is a powerful relationship among the use of these skills, school climate, the school’s accomplishments and productivity. Participants will leave the session with a handout of resources.
Participants will have the opportunity to:
- identify stages of group (team) development
- examine a variety of problem solving models
- practice consensus building
- analyze keys to success with regard to conflict resolution
- discuss decision making strategies
- reflect upon personal next steps
