If you mail us your form, please mail it no later than, say, Tuesday 23 October, to ensure that we get it in time.

IN PERSON: If you're planning on running the Festival of Leaves 5K in Front Royal on Saturday 13 October, you can turn in your Greasy-Gooney 10K entry form and check at the registration table! (You can also give Karsten your form & check if you bump into him at an upcoming race.)

RACE DAY: Yes, race day entries are more than welcome! Race day registration will take place in Browntown between 7:45 AM and 8:45 AM. If you want to save yourself a few seconds at the registration table, feel free to print out an entry form, fill it out in advance, and bring it with you on race morning. Our base entry fees are $8 in advance or $10 on race day. Members of the Shenandoah Valley Runners may take a $2 discount (thus paying $6 early or $8 on race day), while members of other eligible Virginia, Maryland, and DC running clubs may take a $1 discount (thus paying $7 early or $9 on race day).

There will be no 2012 race shirts. Shirts always take a lot of time to design and a lot of money to order, and we decided to make things easier on ourselves this year by forgetting about shirts. Maybe we'll bring 'em back next year.

We do, however, have a small supply of leftover shirts from previous editions of the Greasy-Gooney 10K, and we'll be selling these on race day. First come, first served! Sizes and quantities are limited...

Dark blue performance fabric shirts from 2009 will be sold for $10 (we've got 12 mediums); the hideous tomato red performance fabric shirts from 2008 are $5 (7 mediums, 4 larges); dark green cotton shirts from 2007 are $5 (8 smalls, 3 larges); and dark red cotton shirts from 2006 are $5 (just 1 large left!).
